Set your bike before arrival!

To help us configure the best-fitting bike for you, we need some personal information from you.

Please use the form below to send us your bike’s measurements, giving us the lengths represented in the image on the left. You can use inches or centimeters, it doesn’t matter, we will recognize the units you are using. Click on the '+' symbol to see how to take the measurements accurately. Remember: each bike fitting form must match a bike reservation form.

*Please note that we only process fitting requests that are submitted two weeks before the rental date.

Here’s how to take the measurements for your bike fitting

Distance A

Seat to Handlebar Distance
Measure the distance from the center of the seat to the center of the handlebar. Use the middle point of the seat rail as your reference to find the center of the seat.

Distance B

Seat height
Distance from the center of the seat to the center of the bottom bracket. Tip: Take the measurement on the non-drive side.

Distanz C

Seatback
Measurement with a plumb line from the center of the seat to the rear stay. Tip: Take the measurement on the non-drive side.

Please take your measurements accurately and enter the data into the form. The reservation number will help us match the data with the bike. If you have a reservation with multiple bikes, fill out the form as many times as necessary using the same reference number. Use centimeters or inches.
