how to book a biking tour
in just three steps:
Three reservation steps
In case of custom or private tour, get in touch and we'll send you a custom link to proceed with the booking.
You'll then have three options to select:
Option1: Choose Your Dates
For self-guided tours, you can select any start date within the available periods (early or late season). Once you pick your starting day, the full trip duration will automatically appear. If your preferred dates fall outside these periods, please email us. While reservations are possible, we’ll handle them directly outside of the online store.
Option 2: Select Room Occupancy
Choose the desired room arrangement for your stay.
Option 3: Add Luggage Delivery Service
If needed, select the luggage delivery service. Note that this is a shared cost, so just one selection is required.
The trip reservation calls for a 30% of the package price deposit. Payments, both for deposit and balance, can be made in many different ways and in your currency. Our payment platform will take the balance payment at the due deadline. It's very important to review our cancellation policy before reserving the trip.
Balances are due 30 days prior to arrival. Upon receipt of your deposit and signed documents, you will receive 20 days prior to departure a comprehensive pre-departure packet that will get you all set for your adventure.
Payment methods
Payments, both of deposit and balance, can be made in the following ways:
- Via wire transfer to the account details that will be sent to you.
- With credit card.
- With Paypal after a request for payment that will be sent to you.
Changes and cancellation
Changes in the Itinerary
Due to circumstances beyond our control, SardiniaCycling reserves the right to make partial changes in the stated itinerary. Changes, if necessary, won't change the level of service and will be made according to the inspirational principles of the original route.
Cancellations and Refunds
We reserve the right to cancel any trip, for any reason, at any time prior to departure. In this case, refund of any payments received constitutes full settlement. All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing as soon as possible to SardiniaCycling. Exceptions to our cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather or personal emergencies. There is no refund for unexpectedly leaving a trip early or arriving late.
We apply the following cancellation fees:

| 90+ | €30 administrative fee |
| 89-31 | Loss of the 30% deposit |
| 30-0 | 100% of trip price |
In case of cancellation without the right of total or partial reimbursement, you may apply 50% of payment to a future trip departing within one calendar year after the cancellation date.
